Most sleep advice asks you to try harder, which is the one thing that keeps you awake. Sleep does the opposite. It is a collection of three guided sessions that carry you down gently, on a soft voice and a deep, slow sound bed, so you drift off without effort, and let a quiet wish settle in as you go.

You do not perform here. You lie down, let the voice and the low tone hold you, and fall asleep. Two of the sessions are spoken, one is wordless and long, and all three are built to be left playing as you drop off. There is nothing to finish. You are meant to be asleep before the end.

It is honest about what it is. The wind down part is well understood, since slow breathing and soft, steady sound help the body settle toward sleep. The deep tone underneath sits around two to three cycles a second, the range the brain leans toward in deep sleep, and many people find it soothing. The idea that affirmations you hear while drifting reshape your life is a belief held by many, and you are free to hold it lightly. There are no guarantees, and no claim to cure anything. Just a softer way down, and a gentle wish to fall asleep on.

  • All Night, wordless and long. A low delta bed you leave playing quietly through the night
  • Reprogram While You Sleep, gentle affirmations, slower and softer, made to be absorbed as you fall asleep

The sessions are voiced with a warm, natural voice, and they are yours to keep and replay any time.
