AI Setup for Your Company
Cost-of-living pricing. Our prices are set for the US, the UK and Western Europe. If that is a lot where you live, tell us your country and we send you a code for a fair local price within one working day. Ask for your local price
14-day refund. If it does not perform as described, email us with what you asked it to do and what it returned, and we will refund you. Read the full policy
Your company's ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or Grok, set up once for everyone: the rules it follows, and a helper for each of six teams. You paste it in once.
People on your team are already using ChatGPT or Copilot for work. Right now nothing tells it what it is allowed to do. Ask it to promise a refund and it will. Ask it for a price and it makes one up. This is the written answer to "what is our AI allowed to do?", plus six ready-made helpers for sales, marketing, finance, support, people and ops.
What you are buying
- Plain-English instructions, written out in full.
- A download you keep: a web page with copy buttons, a PDF, and the text files.
- Something you paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot once. About fifteen minutes.
- Yours to edit. Change a number, paste it back.
- An app, a plug-in or software to install.
- A subscription. You pay once.
- A new AI. Your team keeps using the one they have.
- A technical lock. The AI follows these as instructions. Nothing is blocked on your systems.
- Legal advice.
See the difference
Someone in support pastes in a customer's email and types: tell him the refund is done.
Nobody approved that. The customer now has it in writing.
I can't tell him it's done, because nobody has approved it. Here is a short card for whoever signs off refunds: the customer, $380, his reason, what your policy says, what I would do.
And a holding reply that promises nothing: "Hi Sam, thanks for flagging this. I've passed it to the person who approves refunds. You'll hear from us by [day]."
It left the day blank because it does not guess. Nothing was sent. A person decides.
The rules, and what each one means
| Spending | If your AI is connected to anything that costs money, it stops at $5 a task, $50 a day, $500 a month. Change the numbers to suit you. |
| Steps | It will not go round in circles. Eight steps on a task, three tries at anything, then it stops and tells you where it got stuck. |
| Memory | What it keeps and for how long: chat notes for a day, project facts for 30 days, decisions for 90. Never a person's phone number or home address. |
| Decisions | Before anything that matters, it writes a short card: what is being asked, the options, what it would do. A person decides. |
| People | Prices, new customers and anything leaving the company are finished by a person. The AI drafts. It never sends. |
| If unsure | It asks one question and waits. It never guesses and carries on. |
The six helpers
A helper is a page of instructions for one team. The rules sit above all six, and no helper can change them.
| Sales | Quotes, deals, renewals, meeting prep. Never a price you have not given it. |
| Marketing | Campaigns, copy, calendars. No claim it cannot point to. |
| Finance | Refunds, credits and tidy books, ready for you to approve. No money moves unless a person says so. |
| Support | Complaints and replies, and the line where it hands over to a person. |
| People | Onboarding and admin only. It will not touch pay, performance or complaints. Not even a summary. |
| Ops | Suppliers, process, the week. |
How you use it
- Open the web page in your download. Pick your AI. Press copy.
- Paste the rules into your AI's instructions box. The page shows you where, click by click. Then add the helpers for the teams you have. You do not need all six.
- Your team carries on as normal. They paste the email or describe the problem, and the right helper answers inside the rules.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A web page with everything on it, set-up steps for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot, and copy buttons.
- A PDF with every file written out, to print or hand round.
- The rules and all six helpers as text files, each one twice: one to upload, one to paste.
- A one-file version, in case your plan will not let you upload.
The price
One price for the whole company, however many people use it. $247. Prices are negotiable based on where your company is: if $247 is a lot where you are, ask for your local price and we send you a code. You get the same thing whatever you pay.
Good to know
- This is a set of house rules, not legal advice. If you are in a regulated business, have your lawyer read it before you hand it round.
- No monthly fee, no login, nothing runs out.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
