Why two assistants and not one?
Because the rules are different. Work needs a walk line and a number before anything moves. Life needs one ask per text and no reasons in a no. One assistant trying to do both does neither well. Two projects, five minutes each.
Which AI do I need?
Any one of ChatGPT (Projects, works on the free plan), Claude (Projects), Gemini (Gems), Microsoft 365 Copilot or Grok (Workspaces). You only need one, and both assistants install into it.
Is this advice?
No. It's wording. When a situation needs a lawyer, an accountant, a doctor, a debt adviser or a tenant service, it says so and stops.
