THE ENGINE — Marketing Operating System MEGA Brain

The whole marketing system in one brain. An orchestrator, twenty specialists across four phases, and three working scripts. Twice the specialists of a standard OS Brain, and three executable components instead of one.

What makes it different

Most marketing plans are written forwards: here is the budget, here is what we will do. That order never surfaces the problem. This runs backwards — from the revenue target, through every conversion rate, to the volume each stage would actually have to deliver — and then compares that against the best month that stage has ever produced. There is almost always one stage being asked for a multiple nobody has achieved. In the demo data it is Opportunities, at 3.3 times its best month ever, every month, for a year. Finding that in planning costs nothing. Finding it in Q3 costs the year.

Three working scripts, not just prompts funnel_math.py

Works backwards from the revenue target through every conversion rate and names the stage being asked to break physics. Returns the required volume per stage against the best month it has ever delivered.

channel_mix.py

Allocates budget by LTV:CAC and payback while respecting the ceiling each channel can absorb before CAC degrades. Reports how many extra customers the reallocation buys for exactly the same money.

attribution.py

Runs the same journeys through last-touch, first-touch, linear, time-decay and position-based, then reports how far each channel's credit swings on model choice alone. A channel that swings 3x has not proven value — it has proven your reporting picks the model that flatters it.

Standard library Python, no dependencies, no install, no network access. Nothing leaves your machine. The specialists still work on their own if you never open them.

"Where should the budget go?"→ 07 · economics, not last year
"Paid social is our best channel"→ 16 · says which model?

Where it refuses to skip ahead

  • No plan without the funnel maths — a plan written forwards never surfaces the stage being asked for a miracle.
  • No budget without ceilings — a channel with a great ratio that absorbs 5k a month cannot take your budget, and pretending otherwise doubles blended CAC quietly.
  • No reallocation on one attribution model — state the model, or the decision is an artefact of it.
  • No positioning without a trade-off — if a competitor could claim the same sentence, it is not positioning.
  • Phases run in order — campaigns built before positioning is settled produce work nobody can judge.
