What makes it different
Model answers lose interviews. The panel has heard them, and they collapse on the first follow-up because nothing real sits underneath. So this works backwards: it interrogates you until it has a bank of your actual stories, then builds the specific people in the room and what each one is scoring, and only then rehearses — with the interviewer following up on what you actually said.

Where it refuses to skip ahead
- No answers before evidence — fluency with nothing behind it dies on the follow-up question.
- No rehearsal without the panel — the answer that lands with a hiring manager can miss with the finance director.
- No dodging the weak spot — the question you hope won't come up gets prepared before the ones you enjoy.
