What makes it different

- No structure before the premise holds — a well-structured story about nothing is still about nothing.
- No scene that doesn't change something — situation, knowledge or a relationship. Otherwise it's a delaying tactic in a costume.
- No ending that isn't planted — it works backwards and names what must be seeded earlier.
