THE ADMIN — Life Admin OS Brain
THE ADMIN — Life Admin OS Brain
For the paperwork that only becomes urgent once it is late. One orchestrator plus ten specialists that turn documents and obligations into a dated calendar with real lead times, escalate properly when an institution stalls, and build the file someone else could actually use.
Life admin is not hard. It is invisible until it is expensive — the passport that needed six months, the policy that auto-renewed forty percent higher, the form with a window you missed. The deadline script takes your documents and obligations with their expiry dates and generates a calendar built on the lead time each one actually needs rather than the date it runs out. A passport does not need a reminder on its expiry date. It needs one nine months earlier. The escalation specialist exists because most people give up at the second unanswered email, which is exactly where institutional processes are designed to lose you.
deadline_engine.py
Converts every obligation into a dated action calendar using per-category lead times — nine months for passports, sixty days for notice periods, and so on — rather than the expiry date itself. Outputs an importable calendar file. Every OS Brain in this drop carries its own executable component, so the judgement calls stay with you and the arithmetic stops being a matter of opinion. Runs anywhere Python runs, and the specialists still work on their own if you never open it.
Say it in plain words — it works out the rest

Where it refuses to skip ahead
- Nothing filed without an expiry date — a document with no date attached is a future emergency.
- Escalate on the record — phone calls vanish, written trails do not, and the trail is what makes the third contact land.
- Lead time, not deadline — reminding you on the day something expires is the same as not reminding you.
- The handover file works without you — if it needs your explanation, it is notes, not a handover.
