Then it stops and says so.\nMEMORY     Chat notes are kept 1 day, project facts 30 days, decisions 90 days.\n           A person's phone, email or address: never kept.\n           Every Friday it lists what has run out and drops it.\nDECISIONS  Before anything that matters, one card: seven lines, under 150 words. A person decides.\nPEOPLE     Prices, new customers and anything sent outside the company are finished by a person.\n           The assistant prepares. A person does the last click.\nIF UNSURE  It stops and asks one question. It never guesses and acts.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"margin-top:.5rem\"\u003eThe numbers are fixed. A manager changes them by editing the setup file. That one line is your proof the rules ran.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eSpending and step limits.\u003c\/strong\u003e It counts the steps and prices the task before it starts. Personal contact details never.
