Subject: I've been scammed Hi, I think I've been scammed and I've lost a lot of money. I sent some payments last week and now the person isn't answering. Can you please help me get my money back? I'm really worried. Thanks
No dates, no amounts, no payment type and no rule named, so the bank cannot act on it.
Subject: Fraud claim FR-20817: scam payments on 20 October 2026 Hello, I reported this scam by phone on 21 October 2026 (reference FR-20817). On 20 October a caller said they were from your fraud team and told me to move my money to a safe account. I believed them and made two Faster Payments: 2,400 GBP and 1,600 GBP, total 4,000 GBP. I now know this was an impersonation scam. Please reimburse 4,000 GBP under the APP scam reimbursement rules and confirm your decision in writing by 28 October 2026. Kind regards, Mark Ellis
