Good to know
- Stopping a payment does not end a contract. The written notice does, so it sends that first.
- Deleting an app does not cancel the subscription. It shows where to cancel instead.
- Online and doorstep sign-ups often have a short cooling-off period. It tells you to check yours.
- If you are inside a minimum term, it tells you honestly and works out the cheapest way out.
