Subject: Concert cancelled refund Hi, The concert I had tickets for got cancelled and I am really disappointed. I was looking forward to it for months. I got a credit on my account but I would rather have my money back if possible. Please let me know. Thanks
No order number, no amount, no fees and no date, and "if possible" invites them to keep the credit.
Subject: Refund request: order 7781-22094, stadium concert, 14 November 2026 Dear Customer Service, I bought two tickets for the concert in Melbourne on 14 November 2026, order 7781-22094, and paid 341.95 AUD by credit card (face value 318 AUD, fees 23.95 AUD). The concert was cancelled on 15 October 2026. You have put a 318 AUD credit on my account. I do not accept a credit. As no part of the service was provided, please refund the full 341.95 AUD to my card by 12 November 2026. Kind regards, Liam Nguyen
It turns down the credit, asks for the fees too and sets a date. An invented example from the pack.

- Postponed events often have a short window to ask for a refund, so it checks that first.
- A support act changing is rarely enough for a refund. A headliner pulling out can be.
- It tells you to check current rules on the official site for your country.
- It writes, you send. Nothing goes out for you.
- Part of the Travel Kit: 6 packs for $29.
- Or get Every Problem Pack: all 50 for $99.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
