How you use it

Good to know
- Your deal is with the seller, not the courier, unless you hired the courier yourself.
- Save the courier's photo and any doorbell video now. Some systems delete clips after a few days.
- Only use one route at a time. A card dispute can close an open eBay, Amazon or PayPal case.
- If the parcel turns up later, it tells you to tell the seller and pay back any refund.
