One text file you paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot that turns it into a scam recovery specialist for your case.

It tells you what to do in the first hour, works out which route fits each payment, and writes your claim to the bank, your complaint if they refuse and your ombudsman summary. It is honest about what can and cannot be recovered.

What you are buying

It is
  • A scam recovery specialist you set up in one paste
  • A first-hour checklist to stop more money leaving
  • Bank claims, complaints and answers to 12 common refusals
  • A warning check for recovery offers that are a second scam
It is not
  • Legal or financial advice. For court papers or very large losses, see a solicitor or a free advice service.
  • A way to contact, trace or threaten the scammer
  • A recovery service. It never asks you for a fee to get money back.
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.

Subject: I've been scammed Hi, I think I've been scammed and I've lost a lot of money. I sent some payments last week and now the person isn't answering. Can you please help me get my money back? I'm really worried. Thanks

No dates, no amounts, no payment type and no rule named, so the bank cannot act on it.

With this Problem Pack

Subject: Fraud claim FR-20817: scam payments on 20 October 2026 Hello, I reported this scam by phone on 21 October 2026 (reference FR-20817). On 20 October a caller said they were from your fraud team and told me to move my money to a safe account. I believed them and made two Faster Payments: 2,400 GBP and 1,600 GBP, total 4,000 GBP. I now know this was an impersonation scam. Please reimburse 4,000 GBP under the APP scam reimbursement rules and confirm your decision in writing by 28 October 2026. Kind regards, Mark Ellis

Every payment, the rule and a decision date. An invented example from the pack.

Good to know

  • Card payments and UK bank transfers are often recoverable. Crypto, gift cards and cash rarely are, and it says so.
  • Anyone who offers to recover your money for a fee is almost always a second scam.
  • It never writes to the scammer. Every message goes to your bank, a platform or an official body.
  • Where it is not sure of a rule in your country, it tells you to check the official site.
  • It writes, you send. Nothing goes out for you.

  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
