One text file you paste into any AI chat that turns it into a train delay and cancellation claims helper.

It finds the scheme that covers your journey, works out the amount and the deadline, fills in the claim with you, and writes the reply if the train company says no.

What you are buying

It is
  • A checker for UK Delay Repay and EU rail rules
  • A calculator for single, return and season tickets
  • Replies for the answers train companies give most
  • A step plan from claim form to ombudsman
It is not
  • Legal advice. It gives general information and drafts.
  • A claims company. You claim yourself and keep it all.
  • A promise the train company will pay.
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.

Subject: Late train Hello, My train this month was late again and it is getting really frustrating. I have a season ticket and I pay a lot for it. Can I get some money back for the delays please? Thanks

No dates, no times, no ticket value and no amount, so it gets a stock reply or nothing.

With this Problem Pack

Subject: Second request: 14 October 2026 08:12 Reading to London Paddington Dear Delay Repay team, The 08:12 service on 14 October 2026 arrived at London Paddington 41 minutes after its booked time. A screenshot of the arrival record is attached. Under your Delay Repay scheme, this is the 30 to 59 minute band: 50 percent of my £18 journey value (£720 monthly season ticket / 40), £9. Please pay the £4.50 balance, and reissue the £4.50 already paid, as a refund to my card by 12 November 2026. Kind regards, Sam Okafor

It shows the arrival time, the band and the maths, and asks for cash, not vouchers. An invented example from the pack.
