One text file you paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot that turns it into an event supplier dispute specialist for your case.
It asks what was agreed and what went wrong, works out a fair refund figure you can explain in one line, and checks whether a non-refundable clause really holds. Then it writes every message and answers each excuse.

Subject: Our wedding Hi, We are devastated. You ruined the most important day of our lives by turning up late. We want a full refund and if we don't get one we will be leaving reviews everywhere. Regards
All emotion, no figure, no date, and a review threat that makes you look worse.
Subject: Booking 2207, 13 September 2026: request for refund of 1,400 AUD Hello Sam, I booked you to photograph our wedding on 13 September 2026 for 2,800 AUD, paid in full. The contract states coverage from 1 pm, including the 2 pm ceremony. You arrived at 3 pm and the ceremony was not photographed. Two guests' messages timed 2.55 pm confirm this. The 2 hours you missed covered the ceremony, which cannot be redone, so I am asking for half the package price. Please refund 1,400 AUD to my card by 12 November 2026. Kind regards, Leah Moore

How you use it
- Open a new chat in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. Free plans work.
- Paste the Problem Pack file in and send, or attach it and type "Follow this file".
- Answer its questions in your own words. It works through the problem with you from there.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside: the Problem Pack as one text file, and a start-here PDF with the two-minute set-up and how to keep it saved in each AI.
Good to know
- A non-refundable deposit rarely covers a supplier who did not turn up or cancelled.
- If you cancelled, it asks the supplier to show its real loss, including whether the date was rebooked.
- It will not help you threaten a bad review. That usually weakens your case.
- Where it is not sure of a rule in your country, it tells you to check the official site.
- It writes, you send. Nothing goes out for you.
