An AI assistant that turns messy project notes into honest weekly status reports with fixed RAG ratings, and it works the moment you upload it.

Paste your notes, task list or team updates and get a report your client or boss can read in two minutes: the colour and why, what you need from them, done, next, blocked, risks and milestones. It also writes the 3-line update, the cover email, a going-red note and the monthly summary.

What you are buying

It is
  • Instructions, eight knowledge files and a skill you upload to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
  • Fixed RAG thresholds: 1 to 5 working days late is AMBER, more is RED, and so is any move of the end date. Up to and including 10.0% over budget is AMBER, more is RED.
  • A fixed report layout with the asks near the top, so the reader sees what you need from them first.
  • Set up once with six questions: the project, who reads it, how often, the milestones, the budget and your sign-off.
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A project tool. It does not connect to your project software; you paste the notes or the task list.
  • A spin doctor. It never lowers a colour, hides a red or calls a missed date a slight delay.
  • A guesser. It never invents a forecast, a figure or a date your notes do not give.

What you can ask it

Notes into this week's report Colours worked out, asks first
Rate my project Schedule, Budget and Scope
3-line update for my boss 25 words a line at most
Cover email for the report Colour in the subject
Going-red note Bad news before the report

How you use it

  1. Open the folder for your AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Universal for Grok, Copilot and anything else.
  2. Follow the one-page install guide in that folder. Paste the instructions, upload the files.
  3. Type "Set up my Project Card", answer its questions once, and start asking.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF that tells you which folder to use.
  • Ready-to-upload folders for Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, each with its own install guide.
  • A skill file for Claude and ChatGPT that makes it check its own work before you see it.
  • One all-in-one text file for Grok, Microsoft Copilot or any other AI.

Good to know

  • The colours follow fixed rules, not mood. If the rules say RED, it stays RED, and the pack helps you write the asks and the going-red note instead.
  • It never makes up a forecast. If your notes do not say when something will land, the report says not reported, and a near milestone nobody confirmed shows AMBER.
  • Before you paste client or HR details, check your company's rules on putting project data into AI tools.
  • Turning meeting notes into actions first? The Meeting Notes to Actions pack does that, and you can paste its action list in here.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
